Marinated Turkey

For a well seasoned Turkey, the whole family can enjoy!


2 cups Morton’s Tender quick               20lb Turkey thawed

Water (enough to cover the turkey)



Brine the turkey for 3 day. After 3 days remove from brine and roast (covered) in 350 degree oven for 4-5 hours.

The meat will be tender – No added seasoning is needed!
