Wacky Chocolate Cake
Simply a delicious chocolate cake. No eggs or milk needed and the cake is still moist and fluffy.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (I prefer a darker and richer chocolate cake. To make the cake lighter use 3-5 tbsp of cocoa)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3/4 cups oil
- 2 cups water
INSTRUCTIONS
Simply mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl until smooth. Pour into a 9×13 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes, or until the cake has a gentle spring when touched. Top with your favorite icing!
